This
free online generator allows you to create a javascript vertical
mouseover menu with tooltips. (Tooltips are brief text descriptions for each
link.) When your visitor mouses over a link in your menu, the background color
changes and the tooltip displays, giving them more information about that link.
You can customize the menu to match your page, including specifying the font
face, font size, font color, and font weight, as well as the background colors
before and during mouseover.
