What format are the photos in?
All photos are in JPG format.
Do you add photos on a regular basis?
Yes. We add photos daily. Click on "Newest Photos" to see the latest photos that we have posted.
Do you offer refunds?
No. All sales are final. Once your purchase is made we cannot offer a refund. The reason for this policy is that we are selling intangible digital products which can easily be reproduced prior to returning. On a rare occasion we will make exceptions on a case by case basis.
Are there any restrictions on my use of the photos that I download?
Yes. While we offer great freedoms and a wide ranges of uses, there are certain restrictions outlined in our Licensing Agreement, which you should read prior to downloading and using our photos.
Can I use a photo I've downloaded from your gallery in website templates?
Yes. However, please read our Licensing Agreement for specific details, requirements, and restrictions regarding this type of photo usage.
Can I use a photo I've downloaded from your gallery in the design of distributable, tangible or intangible, free or retail products (i.e., t-shirts, mousepads, screensavers, electronic greeting cards) ?

Can I include your photo in a distributable collection of digital photos (i.e., in another online gallery or in a photo collection CD)?
No. Our photos may not be included in any type of distributable digital photo collection.
