Terms of Use/Licensing Agreement

1.  Photos in the gallery are free for commercial or personal use in online or print publications, except those that may be considered fraudulent, pornographic, defamatory, immoral, infringing, or illegal.
 
2.  For web or print publishing, a link back to our website is not a requirement, but would be greatly appreciated as follows: Photo Compliments of CreatingOnline.com
 
5.  Photos may not be sold, resold or redistributed individually or as part of a collection, with the following exceptions:
     A) With permission from Creating Online for special circumstances.
     B) Web developers may distribute our photos as part of a web design project for a third party, provided it is understood by your client that copyright privileges for said photos are not transferred to client as part of the design package.  

6.  If interested in using our photos in distributable web templates, you must Contact Us to obtain permission.
 
7.  Photos may not be incorporated into a logo or trademark.  If interested in purchasing exclusive rights to a photo for this purpose Contact Us.
 
8.  It is understood that the photographer retains copyright privileges for all photos and that same is not transferrable to you or your clients by your downloading/use of them.
 
9.  Downloading and using the photos at this site automatically constitute your acceptance of this License Agreement.
